Do you offer a delivery/shipping service?

I sure do! I offer an in-house delivery service, delivering items within 100 miles of the store (BB4 9PX). Price dependant on distance. We also have couriers working on our behalf for nationwide deliveries or you are welcome to use your own courier. For worldwide deliveries, please contact me for a quote. Or you can pick your new treasure up from Forest Mill Antiques Centre.

Can I visit you?

Yes, I currently have some of my antiques, art and collectables on display at Forest Mill Antiques Centre, which is located in Water, Rossendale (BB4 9PX). You can find my pieces at Unit 7 (stalls 3A and 3B).

Do you put items on hold for customers?

Yes, I am happy to place items on hold for customers. I simply ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold your item. After 30 days, the item will be taken off hold unless the remaining payment is made.

Are the prices at your store negotiable?

Well... it wouldn't be an antiques store without a little haggling now would it?! 

Can I drop off merchandise that I would like to sell?

The team at Forest Mill Antiques are more than happy to take a look at items you would like to sell if you visit the store. I, personally, am always open to swapping items.

Do you accept returns?

Not at the moment. If you are not able to visit the store and view my pieces, I will aim to provide as much information and pictures as possible to ensure you are confident in your decision before purchase.
